Return Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at desertshoes@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If there are any defects or issues, contact us immediately at desertshoes@gmail.com to resolve the matter.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your return is approved. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at desertshoes@gmail.com.
