Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item. – Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging). – Item had defects. – Over delivery time. – The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Got mine a week ago, i am happy, the shoes are comfortable, the service was professional. Love it
On the picture before i bought the sho3, it looked like a normal round front point, but when I got it, it had a sharp front point.
The navy one that I bought before this was awesome and I love it, hence I went for another colour.
Unfortunately i don’t sharp pointed shoes, so this one kinda disappointing me.
Comfortable, just started to wear shoes and I see its starting to stretch - trust it will eventually mold around my feet - grateful for the kind and supportive team of desert shoes on advice of a size larger (I'm size 8) as the size 8 was a little tight. Optimistic :)
The finish on the leather is not water resistant. I walked the shoes through wet grass once and the they are now permanently stained around the toes from water damage. The style of tread on the soles also retains a lot of mud and dirt. If I walk anywhere slightly dirty or muddy I need to take my shoes off before going indoors. The dirt and mud does not wipe off on a doormat, and I need to dry the shoes and bash it off them every time. A different style of tread would be much better. My old vellies did not have either of these problems.
I am so excited to own one of shoes guys the quality is exceptional and these shoes are so comfortable perfect for any occasion. From the the time of ordering till delivery time and fitting for the first time I am happy with everything. To the rest of the team keep up the good work. I will definitely place my second order soon.
They are soft, cold and comfortable for my feet, and fit more stylish with shorts and chinos, i like these Desert Sandals alot, good colour, more breathable for my feet on high temperature season.
